EasyCare University announced its 2024 comprehensive Fixed Operations webinar schedule for auto and motorsports.
Service advisors of all skill levels can look forward to courses that dive into several elements of success in the service drive and achieve more than ever before, the company said.
Courses topics for automotive will rotate quarterly and will include skill building like overcoming objections and upselling, presenting a multi-point inspection, menu presentation and understanding the psychology of why people buy.
Motorsports will also run on a quarterly rotation, covering topics like the art of the customer welcome, how to provide updates, presenting a multi-point inspection and active delivery.
“Fixed Ops plays a crucial role in dealership revenue and customer retention, so it’s important to ensure service advisors are well-equipped,” says Corey Smith, national fixed ops training manager at APCO Holdings. “This training provides a roadmap for service advisors in auto and motorsports to refine their skills and empower every customer interaction.”
All webinars are multi-part, presented over two days and include lectures, workbooks and role-playing sessions.
