Eleven Engineering, makers of semiconductor products for wireless audio for professional, home theater, multi-room, portable, gaming and 12 volt applications, such as RV, marine and power sports, has announced a new design and development value-added partner alliance with Los Angeles-based Audio Components International.
The VAP agreement creates a resource for both ACI and Eleven’s customer bases for new product development and design of various wireless audio products utilizing Eleven Engineering’s high-performance wireless audio semiconductors and SKAA technology.
“We are excited to have ACI as our latest value-added partner,” said Rex Whitehead, Eleven Engineering executive vice president, sales and marketing. “Eleven Engineering is very stringent with whom we work alongside, and we have the utmost confidence in ACI and its market-leading design team. Their reputation precedes them as their history of industry knowledge and success makes them the ideal partner for us and our customers.”
ACI serves major consumer electronics brands with design and develop expertise for loudspeaker products using decades of vast experience in acoustical, mechanical, and electrical engineering. ACI works to increase a customer’s capacity and productivity while integrating with the customer’s sales, engineering, and quality teams.
SKAA is the new wireless HiFi audio standard developed by Eleven Engineering, Inc. SKAA transmitters work with iOS & Android mobile devices, Mac and Windows computers, televisions, and “just about any product with a line output or a headphone jack,” the company said. SKAA is also available as a built-in technology not requiring an external transmitter in purpose-designed partner products, which are featured on the website.
