According to Statistical Surveys, Erwin Hymer Group North America landed on top of the North American market for Class B motorhomes in 2017 with more than 32.5 percent retail market share in North America and more than 56 percent retail market share in Canada alone.
Under the Roadtrek, Hymer, Carado and Sunlight brands of products, the company offers a lineup of products on various chassis at different price points.
“We had a great year in 2017, with success coming from all of our brands in both countries. We introduced some new brands and models that helped us appeal to customers in a variety of segments,” said Jim Hammill, president and CEO of Erwin Hymer Group North America. “Our entire organization is excited for what lies ahead in 2018 as we continue to revolutionize the RV market and bring new and innovative products to the forefront.”
The overall Class B market in retail sales continued to see growth in 2017, with a 30 percent increase year over year North American wide.
