Rice Lake, Wisc.-based ESCAPE Homes, a pioneer of the “tiny home” movement, debuts its ESCAPE Tampa Bay Village project this month.
“This unique community of 10 eco-efficient tiny homes featuring outdoor living and work at home space within a park-like setting, serves as a prototype for the new normal COVID-19 world – a quiet, natural setting that offers privacy and safety, but still has accessibility to a city,” stated the company in its announcement.
“People are calling us every day seeking a new type of lifestyle,” said Dan Dobrowolski, founder of ESCAPE Homes. “They still want a beautiful home, but they want to simplify, save money and find a safe haven.”
The Village’s eco-friendly homes, which are built to RV Industry Association standards, are available for purchase and can be used as full-time residences or vacation/second homes.
This is the second tiny home community development Dobrowolski’s company has done. The first was Canoe Bay ESCAPE Village last year in northwest Wisconsin.
