FacTOURy Summit June 17-18 in Elkhart

The Indiana Manufactured Housing Association and the RV/MH Hall of Fame, in Elkhart, Ind., have scheduled the newly rebranded MH FacTOURy Summit for June 17-18 in northwestern Indiana.

In its fourth year, the sit-down education sessions in conjunction with walking tours of local manufactured housing plants is geared toward industry professionals who want to learn more about home building and home buying.

Ron Breymier is executive director of the Indiana Manufactured Housing Association-Recreation Vehicle Indiana Council.

“Our close proximity to the region’s major home building facilities offers a unique opportunity for industry professionals to become more familiar with the advantages of factory-built construction,” Breymier said. “We can help MH professionals to better serve their customers and explain the benefits of manufactured home living. The tours combined with a day of educational sessions to sharpen their sales skills will be an extremely valuable experience for community operators and retailers.”

MH FacTOURy Summit will feature a full day of home sales seminars at the RV/MH Hall of Fame, 21565 Executive Parkway, Elkhart, Ind., on June 17. That will be followed by a day of factory tours at several area facilities on June 18.

Bruce Thelen, senior vice president at Sun Communities, will begin educational sessions with a presentation on “Building a Culture of Service to Achieve Results”.
