FEMA has contacted the RV Dealers Association regarding a request to purchase travel trailers for disaster relief in North Carolina due to Hurricane Florence.

According to FEMA, travel trailers sold to the agency should “be new, never used, nor have been lent or rented. A variety of trailers will be purchased with sleep capacity ranging from 3 to 8 persons. As many as 400 trailers could be purchased from this solicitation. This procurement is Small Business Set-aside for Local Firms in the state of North Carolina.”
