Firefly Integrations announced a new technician training program that will take place throughout 2024 across North America.
The company will host a series of regional training events for RV technicians. The training programs will be held in 21 cities and are designed to enhance technician knowledge on troubleshooting and repairing the Firefly multiplex system.
The first training event will be held May 7-9 in southern California. Each session will focus on the operation, common issues and accurate diagnosis of Firefly’s operating panels through hands-on training and technical discussion.
Firefly Integrations will host multiple sessions at each location. However, technicians only need to attend one four-hour program. Each attendee will receive a certificate for continuing education RV Technical Institute (RVTI) credit hours.

- Fort Worth, Texas
- Houston, Texas
- Baton Rouge, Lousiana
- Fredericksburg, Virginia
- Lewisburg, Tennessee
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Las Vegas, Nevada
- Sacramento, California
