FMCA (Family Motor Coach Association), an international association for RV owners, is hosting its 108th International Convention & RV Expo at the Pima County Fairgrounds in Tucson, Arizona, on March 20-23. This year’s theme is “Fiesta Del Sol.”
The convention isn’t just for FMCA members — anyone interested in the RV lifestyle is encouraged to participate. Folks who already own an RV are invited to stay on-site in their home on wheels to take full advantage of all the activities.
“Whether you’ve been an active RV traveler for years or are still dreaming of hitting the road, this event is for you,” said FMCA CEO Chris Smith. “RV owners are some of the nicest people to be found, and FMCA events offer a great way to spend time with those who share your passion for RV life. And if you’re still in the research phase and want to learn more about RVing, you won’t find a better opportunity than this get-together in Tucson.”
One key aspect of the event is the RV Expo, which will have some of the latest RVs on display, along with related products and services. In addition, a variety of daytime and evening entertainment and social activities are available. Attendees will also have approximately 100 seminar sessions to choose from as well, with topics ranging from chassis maintenance and RV solar systems to full-time RVing and microwave-convection cooking.
A seminar specifically geared toward people considering RV ownership will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 21, 22 and 23, with a panel of RV owners sharing their knowledge. “Is There An RV Adventure In Your Future?” will be held from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on those dates in the Hall of Champions (Seminar 11). The seminar is included as part of the regular admission fee.
