The Family Motor Coach Association has teamed up with Togo RV to provide FMCA members with a free App designed to simplify RV ownership, according to the organization. The customized app will include specific features to give members ready access to benefit from information and other resources.
The FMCA RV Club app helps RVers keep vital information all in one place so they can focus less on maintaining piles of paperwork.
Here are some of the app features available on iOS and Android devices:
- Manage and track when an RV has routine maintenance checks. Users can select from a list of prompts or add their own reminders when to inflate tires, check smoke alarms, handle other vital tasks, and fully prepare for the next adventure.
- Add the name, contact information, location, and website address of service centers near a home, RV park, or along a route. Indicate preferred RV service centers, so that when help is needed, sending an email or making a phone call requires just a click.
- Use checklists when packing for a trip, arriving at an RV park or campground, or prepping for a journey home.
- Connect directly with Roadtrippers trip planning software for RV-specific guides, ideas, and routes.
“We at FMCA want to do everything we can to help RV owners focus on the joys of RVing and not the tasks and responsibilities associated with the lifestyle,” said Dan Ball, FMCA director of membership. “Of course, we can’t make those things go away completely, but we believe that combining the fantastic features from Togo RV with the resources afforded by FMCA membership is a great way to make RVing easier. We’re excited about this new partnership and what it will bring to FMCA members.”
“We are delighted to partner with FMCA and create a more connected experience for their members,” said Kristen O’Hara, VP of business development for Togo. “The FMCA RV Club app empowers convenience, confidence, and freedom while reducing some of the everyday friction of being an RV owner. The in-app trip planner ensures FMCA members spend more quality time around the campfire with family and friends.”
