GE Appliances, a Haier company, announced the promotion of William “Will” Troyer to the role of product management director for its Recreational Living business, effective Jan 1, 2024.
In his new role, Troyer will lead new product development and service identification and definitions, providing OEMs and other business partners with testing and installation support.
“Will’s role is critical to better serving our customers and growing our Recreational Living product portfolio,” said Attila Krizsan, senior director for Recreational Living at GE Appliances. “GE Appliances has 1,600 engineers a short distance from Elkhart, Indiana, at our headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, with tremendous expertise in appliances that we want to leverage more fully to satisfy existing and attract new consumers to the RV lifestyle. Will’s role will closely collaborate with the entire GE Appliances’ Product Micro Enterprises and Technology teams to best support our OEMs and aftermarket players.”
Troyer joined GE Appliances through the recent acquisition of MWSS and most recently held the role of director of sales operations with the company. Troyer is a 30-year, experienced veteran of the RV industry and has held pivotal roles with previous companies, including Atwood Mobile Products and Dometic.
