General RV Center announced it has been named one of Southeast Michigan’s largest privately owned companies and the top privately owned RV dealership in the region.
Crain’s Detroit, a Michigan-based business publication, released its annual list ranking businesses that are privately owned and based in metro Detroit. The 2024 list recognizes General RV as No. 20 out of 200 businesses honored and the only RV dealership to make the list.
“Over sixty years ago General RV opened its first location in Detroit, and since then we’ve continued to grow throughout the region,” said Loren Baidas, General RV’s CEO. “I want to thank our entire team for their relentless hard work and dedication. Their contributions are essential to ensuring we continue to deliver the best RV buying experience to customers across the state and the country.”
General RV is headquartered in Michigan with six locations across the state and nearly 20 locations nationwide. Earlier this year, the business publication named General RV the 18th largest family-owned business in the state.
