Grote Industries announced an expansion of its engineering and production facility in Monterrey, Mexico – namely Grote Industries de Mexico.
Power cords, trailer wire harnesses, cables and air-line products are designed and manufactured at this facility. This expansion will add production and manufacturing space, as well as shipping capacity and staff space. The expansion’s anticipated completion is July 31.
Along with the expansion of the physical location will come an enlargement of Grote’s in-house design team. The company said the additional investment will ensure that Grote’s capacity for innovative product development grows in line with customer needs.
As a company at the forefront of transportation technology, Grote said its North American locations in Canada, the United States and Mexico play an important part in its success. From Grote Electronics, its assembly facility located in Canada’s technology triangle, to its world headquarters in Madison, Ind., to its newest center of growth in Monterrey, Grote Industries said its strong North American roots are the driving force for their global presence.
