General Manager of the Gulf Stream Coach Motor Home Division Bob FitzSimmons reports a surge of new dealer applications and robust unit sales at the recent RVIA National Trade Show in Louisville.
Working an extensive display of Conquest Class C and BT Cruiser motor homes, the sales team was busy throughout the two-and-a-half-day run of the show.
“We increased our dealer base by more than 20% and enjoyed significant expansion of our geographical coverage during the Louisville show,” FitzSimmons said.
Strong demand was generated by new floor plans, new styling, and continued refinement of the product, combined with recognition by RVDA dealers who awarded the DSI “Quality Circle” Award to the Gulf Stream Coach motorized lines.
“Many dealers are seriously considering our award-winning product lines to capitalize on the current robust growth in the Class C segment of the market,” FitzSimmons said. “Our continued focus on the reliable, powerful, economical Ford and Chevrolet chassis has enabled us to develop exciting new features and maximize living and storage space for today’s new breed of RV’ing families.”
Also adding to the excitement surrounding Gulf Stream motorized products is the introduction of the new 6220 Conquest Class C, a floor plan that has earned serious consideration by several rental fleets.
“We had helpful input from dealers regarding the final design of the 6220, as well as features on other floor plans,” FitzSimmons said.
