Elkhart, Ind.-based RV manufacturer Heartland RV, along with its subsidiaries, Cruiser RV and DRV Luxury Suites, will be hosting a virtual dealer RV show this fall in lieu of THOR Industries’ annual Dealer Open House, which was called off this year because of the pandemic.
Between Sept. 8 and Sept. 25, dealers from around the country will be offered the unique opportunity to see new 2021 models from all brands in one location. Dealers are invited to browse new floor plans and updated décor, take a tour of featured units, learn about each brand’s top reasons to buy and connect with a sales representative live.
“Although we are disappointed with the cancellation of the open house, we needed to think of an alternative solution to showcase Heartland’s product transformation and this was the next best option,” said Lesley Melvin, director of marketing. “There are so many exciting things happening this year for our product. We have new modern interior décor with lighter color wood tones, new lighting fixtures and environmentally friendly flooring materials. Our exterior graphics have also been updated with new logos, colors, and one of our products even has a glow-in-the-dark graphic. We also have two new patent pending features. This is truly the year of the product and we didn’t want any of our dealers to miss the opportunity to see what we have to offer.”
This summer Heartland rebranded itself, with a new logo, new colors and a new brand story around “Launching Life’s Journeys.”
“This is just one way we are striving to innovate our company and products,” said Ryan Juday, president of Heartland. “We’re committed to supporting our dealers, which is why we’ve made it easier than ever for dealers to partner with Heartland. We’re rolling out all-new models filled with exclusive features, modern interior design, and an array of new floor plans, making it simpler than ever to match customers with their ideal RV. We’ve doubled down on our commitment to high-quality products, focusing on optimizing manufacturing techniques and engineering, and building models for easy serviceability –because we believe in building something worth holding onto for years to come,”
Heartland will be inviting dealers to the private virtual show by email and sales representatives over the next couple of weeks.
