ICON, manufacturer and marketer of plastic components for RV’s, has extended its customer service hours to 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, regardless of time zone. On Saturday, customer service will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT.
The customer service team works with RV owners, dealers and distributors to aid in the correct selection of replacement parts, offer installation advice and assist with general inquiries. The extended hours will allow for dealers across the continent to receive help during their regular business hours.
“An important goal for ICON in 2019 is to help dealers accomplish their own RECT (repair event cycle time) goals,” said Jordan Martindale, ICON’s marketing manager. “Ensuring a dealer can get expert advice on part selection is a fundamental piece to that.”
