The brand-new North Trace RV Resort in Syracuse, Indiana, will hold its ribbon cutting Friday, May 1 at 10 a.m.
North Trace RV Resort is a family-built, passion-driven luxury RV resort created by RVers, for RVers. Founded by Steve and Junelle Showalter — lifelong RV enthusiasts and owners of Showalter RV in Nappanee — North Trace brings the upscale resort experience they love to the heart of the RV capital. With three generations of the Showalter family putting their hands in the dirt, North Trace is designed with real RVers in mind: spacious concrete pads, buddy sites, premium amenities and a welcoming connection to the RV Capital of the World, the company said.
The first phase of development is complete and features 82 sites and 3 luxury cabins. Features and amenities include a 250-person event center, pickleball, gaga ball, volleyball, basketball, two playgrounds, dog park, dog spa, bath suites, laundry facility and golf cart rentals. The resort store will include locally sourced foods including milk, eggs, meat, butter, yogurt, cheese and ice cream.
Phase two will begin after this season and will add more sites and more amenities. When complete, North Trace RV resort will boast 230 sites, several luxury cabins, a pool and a hot tub.
Located in the “RV Capital of the World,” North Trace will host four RV rallies this summer.
Join North Trace for its ribbon cutting this Friday, May 1 at 10 a.m. at 72987 Co Rd 29 Syracuse, IN 46567.
