Without these details, sales teams struggle to match potential buyers with RVs that meet their needs, and service teams lack the critical insights necessary to plan maintenance and repairs effectively. The partnership between IDS and VINRV eliminates these obstacles by automating the extraction of key RV specifications directly to your DMS, improving operational efficiency across departments.
This AI-powered technology was created to streamline the process of decoding unit identification numbers (VINs) for the RV industry through a user-friendly interface that accurately identifies essential RV specifications such as trim, weights, measurements, floorplans and keyword-rich descriptions through a VIN. Dealerships can collect and record valuable specifications to support their sales teams in matching customers with the right RVs, while service teams can leverage these insights to plan ahead, ensuring smoother operations and better customer service.
