The Jayco Family of Companies has announced several leadership changes following the transition of Ken Walters, Mike Ritchie and Trey Miller to THOR Industries’ North American RV operations.
As part of this organizational progression, Nic Martin, 10-year company veteran, has been named president and CEO of the Jayco Family of Companies. Ryan Eash has been promoted to the position of vice president of sales, and Brendon Gendel takes over as general manager of the Motorhome Group. Mary Nally has been named vice president of finance, replacing Mike Ritchie.
In addition, Devon Miller has been promoted to chief operating officer of the Jayco Family of Companies. Miller most recently held the position of vice president of operations and has been with Jayco for over 40 years.
