Keystone RV is expanding the services the company provides to online shoppers. Product managers and district sales managers will join Keystone’s Key Connect Product Advisors to provide specialized, in-depth and personal interaction with website visitors.
“Engagement with our online content is up exponentially over the past few weeks,” said Christy Spencer, Keystone RV’s director of marketing. “Camping enthusiasts may be home right now, but that doesn’t mean they’re not dreaming about their next vacation – maybe even more so. We wanted to meet Keystone fans where they are and provide an inside track to our products and factory experts. Our goal is to provide an insightful, behind-the-scenes experience for anyone who wants it.”
“We also recognize that this is a difficult time for our dealers,” said Josh Miller, VP of sales. “While the Keystone sales team is working from home, we want to do everything we can to help connect shoppers with Keystone products and dealers in a way that is convenient and safe for everyone.”
New Key Connect shop-at-home capabilities include:
- Personal shopping assistance with expanded service hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday through Friday and weekends by appointment
- Live conversations with brand specialists who can provide in-depth expertise on a product lines and models
- Live 360-degree video walkthroughs of any new model
- Digital versions of brochures and other product information
- Concierge service to facilitate dealership appointments and quotes
The company hopes to add additional services in coming weeks.
