Lazydays Holdings announced Robert DeVincenzi has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors as lead independent director, effective immediately.
“Bob’s experiences and abilities make him soundly qualified to take a leadership role on our board,” said William P. Murnane, Lazydays chairman and CEO. “Bob has a high level of integrity, a collaborative approach, an inquisitive mind and intellectual independence, which will make our board and company even better. I’m looking forward to working with him as we continue to rapidly grow our business.”

DeVincenzi has a lengthy career in various high technology and services markets, most recently as a director and previously as president and CEO of Redflex Holding Limited (ASX-RDF), a global business focused on road, vehicle and pedestrian safety products and services. DeVincenzi serves as chairman of the board of Universal Technical Institute, a nationwide provider of technical education and training.
