Lazydays announced that it will need to extend the filing of its Form 10-Q with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission due to a delay in finalizing the required materials. Lazydays anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q as soon as reasonably possible and within the 5-day grace period provided by rule 12b-25. As a result, Lazydays will also postpone its first quarter 2024 earnings release and conference call that was scheduled for Friday, May 10 to Thursday, May 16. The conference call to discuss the results is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET.
