Lazydays Holdings reported its net income for the second quarter was $25.3 million, up $20 million compared with the second quarter of last year. Revenue in the second quarter was $322 million, an all-time quarterly record.
The revenue increase over second quarter last year was $108.8 million, or 51 percent.
Revenue from RV sales was $290.2 million, up $98.7 million. New and preowned RV sales revenues were $201.6 million and $88.7 million for the quarter, up 55.8 percent and 42.7 percent, respectively.
This week, Lazydays completed its acquisition of BYRV and BYRV Washington – collectively B. Young RV – an RV dealer with locations strategically located in Portland, Ore., and Vancouver, Wash.
