Earlier this month, Lichtsinn RV team members were invited to attend the quarterly Winnebago employee town hall meeting, Lichtsinn RV said in a recent release. As part of the meeting Lichtsinn RV was recognized for its partnership with Winnebago for the past five decades.
Niles Whitehouse, vice president of sales and service, Winnebago Motorhomes, thanked the Lichtsinn team before sharing a short video of Ron Lichtsinn Sr., founder of Lichtsinn RV, reflecting on how the partnership with Winnebago first took shape in the 1970s.
Whitehouse then introduced Ron Lichtsinn, owner Lichtsinn RV.
Ron Lichtsinn had the opportunity to address the audience and thank the Winnebago team for years of partnership. He recognized the many Winnebago employees whose dedication to quality has helped deliver best-in-class motorhomes to Lichtsinn RV guests for the past five decades, the company said. He concluded by honoring active-duty service members, veterans and their families, acknowledging that their sacrifices have made the freedoms celebrated at the event possible.
Chris West, president of the Winnebago Motorhomes and Specialty Vehicles Division, thanked and congratulated the Lichtsinn team, inviting Ron Lichtsinn, Hope Lichtsinn and Heidi Thompson to join him on stage.
West then presented the Lichtsinn team with a commemorative metal sign Winnebago commissioned from Premier Metal Art of Eldridge, Iowa, to mark the occasion.
There was a morning and an afternoon town hall meeting session, allowing additional Lichtsinn RV team members, as well as Winnebago employeees, to attend the event, the company said.
Lichtsinn RV said it is grateful for the partnership built on five decades of a shared commitment, trust and teamwork that has connected Lichtsinn RV to Winnebago. The company is excited to continue its journey together with Winnebago for many years to come.
