LIV Debuts Fully Electric, Off-Road Travel Trailer Made of Plastic
A recent report by Elena Gorgan of AutoEvolution highlights LIV RV Trailers’ E-Leaf OffRoad unit. The following is an excerpt:

LIV RV Trailers, a U.S.-based specialist in plastic indestructible towables, has announced a brand-new product that’s also a first for them: a “100% electric, go-anywhere trailer” they’re calling the E-Leaf OffRoad. Ok, so the name isn’t the most subtle, but that’s hardly the point since LIV is promising a product that will allow you to take it anywhere without reliance on propane, gas, or campground hookups.
If the name LIV doesn’t ring a bell, it could be because they’re still relatively new to the RV market. The team has experience in boating and marine industries, drawing on it to create a towable range that’s indestructible in the way it handles the elements, hassle- and maintenance-free, long-lasting, lightweight, and — perhaps more importantly — affordable.
LIV has been active in the RV sector for a little over three years, first popping up at national RV and trade shows with their first units on display. Today, their range has grown exponentially with more than a dozen travel trailers and two truck campers. The all-electric E-Leaf OffRoad isn’t included in that count.

That’s because it’s still so brand-new that it only exists as a pre-production model. LIV announced it in early June 2026, including the most important specs and photos that showcase the planned interior layout with the planned features.
[…]The fact that this trailer is also built from marine-grade thermoplastic over a double-welded cage like its siblings means that it will be lightweight yet tough as nails. LV calls this the No Wood Unibody construction, guaranteed to last you a lifetime with minimal maintenance and impervious to the elements, whether rain, snow, or freezing temperatures.
For the time being, LIV chooses to highlight the power system at the core of the E-Leaf OffRoad, which is sort of like the beating heart of the unit that turns it into a towable that “changes what off-grid even means.”
It consists of a pair of 200W solar panels on the roof, a 300Ah lithium battery bank, a 3,000W inverter with an automatic transfer switch, and a 60-amp MPPT charge controller that you can monitor remotely from your phone.
