Midwest Sales and Service (MWSS) has named Will Troyer as its new vice president of operations. The promotion was made to streamline the operations of the business as it continues on a path of tremendous growth, the company said.
Troyer joined MWSS in February 2021 and has played an integral part of managing and projecting inventory over the past year. As vice president of operations, he will oversee all of the company’s operations and ensure that the logistics and inventory management are first-class to provide the great customer service.
During his 20-plus years of experience in the RV industry, Troyer has held multiple roles, including with Dometic and Atwood Mobile Products most recently. He is well-known for his technical knowledge and approach to business relationships to help solve customer’s needs.
“I am thrilled for this opportunity to work with such a motivated team here at MWSS! Our like-minded values and ability to solve problems together will continue to be the foundation of our success,” said Troyer. “The future is bright for us. The relationships with our customers and key suppliers like GE Appliances will give us the horsepower to accomplish anything! This industry is in my DNA, and I personally look forward to applying my skills to help our team and the industry grow to its full potential for years to come.”
With this personnel change, Kevin Herrity will now become vice president of sales and focus his leadership efforts on advising the sales team to maintain our partnerships and existing relationships while also growing new business opportunities, Midwest said.
