Mission Critical Electronics of Huntington Beach, Calif., has acquired Xantrex, a supplier of power electronic products and systems for the mobile power markets. This company was part of the Solar activity of Schneider Electric. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
“We are delighted to have Xantrex join Mission Critical Electronics (MCE),” said Kevin Moschetti, CEO of MCE. “Xantrex’s products are high quality, technologically advanced, and valued by their customers. Moreover, Xantrex’s portfolio of power products, end markets, and distribution partners are highly complementary to MCE.
