The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) is continuing its Dealer Education webinar series by exploring whether it is time for dealers to start considering dealership management software (DMS) designed for their dealership.
“It is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain a profitable dealership without dealership management software,” said Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director. “To keep up with industry competitors, dealerships need to maximize every portion of their business.”
DMS is a staple in the auto, marine and RV industries, yet thousands of trailer dealerships still use QuickBooks or similar off-the-shelf packages to handle their bookkeeping, according to a statement by NATDA. At 2 p.m. EST on Jan. 23, “Beyond Dealership Management Software” will review the reasons a dealership may consider industry-specific software and how to tell if the dealership is ready.
