The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (National ARVC) has announced promotions for three of the organization’s leadership team.
David Basler, who joined the National ARVC team in March 2018, has been named senior vice president of membership and marketing. He previously served as the organization’s vice president in this capacity and has more than a decade of experience in association and membership marketing.
“David has taken on several strategic duties that have expanded his role, and elevated National ARVC’s brand positioning in the industry,” said Paul Bambei, National ARVC’s president and CEO. “Through the many innovative programs launched under David’s leadership, the National ARVC team continues to provide more value to our members than ever before.”
Susan Motley, who joined the National ARVC team in May 2021, has been named vice president of member programs and will continue to report to Basler.
“Susan’s past experience as a trade association executive director will serve her well in this broadened role,” Bambei said. “In a short period of time, her experience has elevated our annual conference and National School to new heights and her passion will continue to drive excellence in all professional development programs we offer our members.”
Jaqueline “Jaq” Gloria, who joined the National ARVC team in August 2019, has been elevated from senior manager of membership to director of membership. Gloria leads National ARVC’s forward-facing membership team responsible for supporting the association’s membership on a daily basis.
“This new leadership role recognizes Jaq’s skill at building strong relationships across our industry,” said Bambei. “During her leadership of National ARVC’s membership team, she has worked tirelessly to bring people together and to build value for our members across the country.”
“We are very proud of the accomplishments of these individuals for the leadership and effort they have shown,” Bambei added. “Alongside the rest of the National ARVC team, we have the right people in place to serve our membership in ways that are uniquely professional for many years to come.”
