The North Carolina RV Dealers Association (NCRVDA) is hosting what it said is the last RV show of the year in Charlotte, North Carolina, from Thursday to Sunday, Sept. 15-18.
The show will be held at The Park Expo & Conference Center and features 11 independent RV dealers from all over the state.
More than 175 different types and brands of brand new and used RVs will be on display for consumers, including pop-up trailers, toy haulers, travel trailers, fifth wheels and Class A, B, B+ and C motorhomes, all with a variety of floor plans and pricing. This year’s event features a new four-day format with new show hours to benefit the consumer, organizers said.
Along with the many units on display, the show also features RV-related products for sale, free campground information, free RV educational seminars and free activities for kids.
Earl B. Hunter, Jr., founder and president of Black Folks Camp Too, will be on hand Friday and Saturday, providing seminars on the foundational knowledge that has kept many Black people from experiencing the fun of RVing and camping. He will also discuss the value of “inviting” more Black and underrepresented people into the great outdoors. Additional seminars include “The Future of Camping,” by the Carolinas Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds, and “Tips on maintaining your RV’s finish.”
