NetSource Media has unveiled its new Dealership ADA Compliance Tool. The ADA website compliance tool mitigates against litigation by making websites ADA compliant.
From 2016 to 2017, the number of ADA lawsuits increased more than 300 percent. According to law firm Seyfarth and Shaw, lawsuits filed in 2017 were 814 and jumped to 2258 in 2018. This does not even include the estimated 120,000 demand letters that remain outside the courtroom in 2019.
