Voting for the 2024 RV Industry Association board of directors election closed on Monday, and the final results are in. Nine candidates were vying for three open seats, and the winners will begin serving their three-year terms on Jan. 1.
Congratulations to the new RVIA board members:
RV Manufacturer
Ashley Bontrager Lehman, Ember Recreational Vehicles
Lehman is the founder, president and CEO of Ember RVs, a company she launched in 2021. Prior to Ember, she served in various marketing roles at Jayco since 2011, including as director of corporate marketing. She has also been a member of the RV Industry Association Emerging Leaders Coalition since 2022 and was also a public relations intern for the association during college.
Lehman is also heavily involved with nonprofits in her area.
Park Model Manufacturer
Trevor Kropf, Kropf Industries
Kropf has worked at Kropf Industries since 2010, first as controller and now as general manager since 2021. Prior to that, he served as staff accountant at Kruggel, Lawton & Co. Kropf has served on the RVIA board of directors since 2021, and has been on the Park Model RV Committee since 2021 and as an Advocacy Day participant in 2022 and 2023.

Heather Jenks, Genesis Products
Jenks vice president of RV Sales at Genesis Products, a position she has held since 2015. She has more than 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry – 16 at Genesis
She has been heavily involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Elkhart County for more than 10 years and has served on the Goshen Board for more than five.
The new 2024 Board will hold an organizational meeting to elect officers for the next year following the Board of Directors meeting taking place during the RVDA Convention/Expoi in November.
