The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued its weekly list of recalls, and multiple RV-related companies are on it.
Daimler Vans USA is recalling its 2019-20 Freightliner Sprinter (VS30) and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30) due to blower motor wiring that may overheat and cause fire. The recall number is 23V100.
Daimer Vans USA is also recalling 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 1500, 2500, 3500 and 4500 because the front side air bags may deploy improperly. The recall number is 23V101.
Jayco is recalling its 2022-23 Entegra Accolade, Accolade XL, Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Emblem, Esteem, Expanse,
Odyssey, Qwest. Reatta and Reatta XL, and also the 2022-23 Jayco Alante, Greyhawk, Greyhawk Prestige, Melbourne, Melbourne Prestige, Precept, Precept Prestige, Redhawk, Redhawk SE, Seneca, Seneca Prestige and Seneca XT. The recall is due to a label missing the rear axle weight rating/Part 567, and the recall number is 23V102.
Tiffin Motorhomes is recalling its 2021-22 Tiffin Cahaba because of the incorrect size and installation of Sumo Springs. The recall number is 23V104.
Roadtrek is recalling its 2021-22 Chase, Play, Play Slumber, Play SRT, Zion, Zion Slumber and Zion SRT because a cooktop fracture may cause a gas leak. The recall number is 23V112.
Thor Motor Coach is recalling its 2015-23 Palazzo because the front lower cap brackets may detach. The recall number is 23V113.
Thor Motor Coach is also recalling its 2018-21 Hurricane and Windsport because of overhead cabinets that may detach. The recall number is 23V121.
Coachmen is recalling its 2013 Cross Country and 2023 Sportscoach because of an entry door latch failure. The recall number is 23V133.
Airstream is recalling its 2021-23 Atlas, Bambi, Base Camp and Interstate because of gas valves that may fracture, causing a gas leak. The recall number is 23V134.
