The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) today announced that Raji Green has joined the team as its marketing manager.
Reporting directly to Tony Flammia, NRVTA’s sales and marketing director, Green will manage the marketing department and oversee the school’s associated promotional activities and initiatives.
“My biggest goal for this role is to make NRVTA a household name for technical and trade schools,” Green said. “In the future, I want to see our organization be as ubiquitous as any other trade school when people are considering this type of program.”
Green said she would also like to expand NRVTA’s current demographic to attract more people from different backgrounds and walks of life.
“So long as they have passion for the RV Industry and community, I want people to know they are welcome here and can be a part of the NRVTA family,” she said.
An Arizona native, Green earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and master’s in business administration from Grand Canyon University, a Christian school in Phoenix. She has nine years of experience in orchestrating online and non-traditional advertising programs for various companies. Green specializes in marketing strategy as well as disruptive advertising which breaks through the noise of competing messages.
“The team, passion and people who are either working here or attending classes attracted me to NRVTA,” she said. “The culture here promotes working together toward a common goal, and helping to serve our students and community. I also love the work itself; it’s engaging, fun, challenging and dynamic. I have new challenges every day, and I enjoy tackling them and doing my best to promote the school and help it to grow.”
