The final day of this year’s NTP-STAG Expo opened with a focus on something all businesses could learn: how to connect with today’s customers, spanning multiple generations and lifestyles, in a post-pandemic world.
The in-person event opened Tuesday with crowds of suppliers, exhibitors and dealers flocking to the new Caesar’s Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Attendees gathered Wednesday morning for breakfast and the Expo’s keynote address, sponsored by Carefree of Colorado. With a spotlight on digital marketing and social media strategies, author and keynote speaker Joey Coleman delivered his interactive talk on how businesses can adapt to today’s customers following the pandemic.
“Part of the reason you come to the Expo is to create some new goals, gets some new ideas and things that you can bring back to your store,” Coleman said during his talk. “Not just when it comes to the product – how do we think differently about our customer interactions?”
Following Coleman’s address, the show floor opened to antsy dealers and suppliers ready for show-only specials, new products, manufacturer exhibits and continued networking.
NTP-STAG’s Expo will wrap tonight at the Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders, with an evening reception sponsored by Dometic.
Following the in-person show, those registered will have a chance to participate in NTP-STAG’s virtual follow-up event slated Jan. 31 through Feb. 4.
