More than ever before, parts and service management personnel – known as fixed operations professionals at a dealership – must be up to speed on how to effectively and efficiently do their jobs, given the huge boom in RV sales these past couple of years, a large percentage of which have gone to RVers brand new to the lifestyle.
These professionals now have access to effective and affordable online parts and service management training through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
At the NTP-STAG Expo coming up later this month in Aurora, Colorado, the RV Dealer Association’s Phil Ingrassia and RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Consultant Tony Yerman will team up for a special in-person session for attendees which will provide a complete introduction to these online programs.
During the session, show attendees will learn how fixed operations online courses/certification can help:
- Efficiently manage the parts and service departments to improve Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT)
- Organize parts and service management workflows
- Deal effectively with difficult customers and improve customer satisfaction
- Improve employee retention through professional development and recognition.
The session takes place Monday, Jan. 16, at the NTP-STAG Expo near Denver International Airport.
