RV and Marine supplier ObeCo has purchased all inventory and assets from PM Buttons of Elkhart. PM Buttons Plus is a leading supplier of fabric covered buttons, snaps, tie-down straps, and various additional sewing supplies. PM Buttons has been serving the RV OEM market for more than 10 years.
“We are very excited to have this opportunity to broaden our manufacturing capabilities to better serve our customers,” said ObeCo President Jason Obendorf. “The acquisition of PM Buttons fits perfectly with our current business model and we believe our customers will greatly benefit from the unique products and services available from ObeCo.”
The move and transition will take place immediately with the projected date for going online with full production by Monday, Feb. 12.
“The transition is proceeding very smoothly, and we are confident our new lines will hit the ground running,” Obendorf. “There will be little to no loss in maintaining the current level of production.”
ObeCo recently moved into a 40,000-square-foot facility in Elkhart and has been serving the RV, marine, work truck, and other industries since 1990.
