Dennis K. Harney has died at his home in Washington last week.
Harney was apparently very well known in RV circles both in Indiana and elsewhere many years ago.
He worked for the city and county of Elkhart, Indiana, as a planner and later worked for the Indiana Manufactured Housing Association/RV Indiana Council.
