OHCE 2026 Early Bird Pricing Ends Soon
Time is running out to lock in the best rates for the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE), the Outdoor Hospitality Industry (OHI)’s flagship event for professional development, business growth, and networking. Early bird pricing expires June 30, after which registration rates increase.
OHCE 2026 takes place Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas, with pre-conference programming beginning Sunday, Nov. 8.
OHI members who register by June 30 secure full conference access for just $499, a savings of $150 compared to the July 1 rate of $649, and $400 off the post-Sept. 30 rate of $899. Nonmember registration is $1,399.
Expo Hall-Only Access Passes are also available starting at $129 for those primarily interested in visiting the exhibit floor, with rates increasing later in the year.
“The learning, the connections, the energy, it all starts at OHCE,” said David Basler, OHI’s chief strategy officer. “If you’re just starting out or scaling up, OHCE gives you access to the people and ideas that move our industry forward.”
Registration includes access to sessions and workshops taught exclusively at OHCE , the industry’s largest Expo through the Hosted Buyer Program, and add-on experiences including POW (Prospective Owners Workshop), the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit (OHIS), and Takeaway Tours.
Early bird pricing ends June 30. Register today at ohi.org/ohce.
