OHI announced the five elected members to its board of directors following the organization’s 2026 board election.
This year’s election brought strong member participation, with 8% voter participation. Each active member park received one vote for each of their top five candidates, following OHI’s one-park, one-vote principle.
OHI welcomed the following newly elected and re-elected board members:
- Rachel Godbout — chief operating officer, Advanced Outdoor Management
- Mike Harrison — chief operating officer, CRR Hospitality
- Courtney Mauldin — director of customer success, Staylist
- Terry Munoz — VP recreational properties, Signorelli Company dba The Retreat RV & Camping Resort; consultant and trainer, Campground Consulting Group
- Ali Rasmussen — co-founder and CEO, Spacious Skies Campgrounds
Together, the incoming board members bring experience spanning campground and RV resort operations, management, consulting, technology, customer success and outdoor hospitality development.
Godbout is chief operating officer of Advanced Outdoor Management, where she leads property operations, regional and general manager teams and cross-functional business development. She also serves as faculty at OHI’s George O’Leary National School and is a regular speaker at OHCE.
Harrison is chief operating officer of CRR Hospitality and brings 30 years of hospitality experience to the board. He has been involved with OHI through the OHI Business Forum, OHI Connect and OHCE, and regularly participates as a speaker and presenter.
Mauldin serves as director of customer success at Staylist, where she works with RV parks, campgrounds and glamping resorts across North America. Her work focuses on guest experience, operational workflows and long-term business success.
Munoz brings more than 38 years of outdoor hospitality experience across property management, regional management, development, consulting, and training. He has held leadership roles with Thousand Trails and The Signorelli Company and has served on boards for national and state RV and camping associations.
Rasmussen is co-founder and CEO of Spacious Skies Campgrounds, a growing collection of campgrounds across the East Coast. She has served on the OHI board previously and brings experience in operations, revenue management, acquisitions, marketing, brand development and team leadership.
OHI’s board of directors provides organizational leadership and governance while helping advance the association’s mission on behalf of the Outdoor Hospitality Industry.
The newly elected members will officially join the OHI Board during a swearing-in ceremony at OHCE 2026 on Nov. 11 in Fort Worth, Texas.
