OHI’s Hosted Buyer Program Enrollment Deadline Thursday
With the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE 2026) less than two weeks away, OHI is urging unregistered eligible members interested in its Hosted Buyer Program to register by the program enrollment deadline, Thursday, Oct. 29. Appointment booking opened Monday, Oct. 26, giving accepted participants the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with their preferred exhibitors before time slots fill.
The Hosted Buyer Program offers active OHI member decision-makers complimentary full-conference registration in exchange for completing at least six scheduled, 20-minute exhibitor appointments. Participants also receive VIP access to the Expo Hall, where they can connect with suppliers and explore solutions for their businesses. One Hosted Buyer is permitted per campground, and the registration fee is waived as long as all program requirements are met. Travel and lodging are not included.
OHI will host a Hosted Buyer orientation via Zoom on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 10 a.m. CT to walk participants through the program and help them prepare for their meetings, the organization said. With enrollment closing the same day, eligible members are encouraged to register and begin booking appointments as soon as possible.

OHCE 2026 takes place Nov. 9-11 at the Fort Worth Convention Center, bringing together outdoor hospitality professionals for three days of education, networking, and business development. Attendees can explore the Expo Hall, featuring nearly 200 exhibitors, and hear from industry speakers on campground operations, marketing, management and emerging trends.
A few conference programming highlights include the Outdoor Hospitality Innovator Summit and Prospective Owners Workshop on Nov. 8, the Awards of Excellence Luncheon, the Trends and Insights Panel, the Advocacy Luncheon and Takeaway Tours. Attendees can also connect with peers during the Diamonds & Denim: 60 Years Strong welcome reception and the Neon Moon closing reception, OHI said.
With the conference approaching, there is still time to make plans to attend. Online registration is available, and onsite registration will be accepted in Fort Worth. For the first time, single-day passes will also be available for purchase on-site, giving professionals another way to participate.
Full-conference registration is $899 for OHI members and $1,399 for nonmembers. The Expo Hall Access Pass is $259. To register, review the full agenda, explore the speaker lineup or find answers to common questions, visit the OHCE 2026 event website.
