The on-demand portion of the RV Dealers Convention/Expo includes a series of new workshops covering new Dealer Management Software (DMS) functionality, in addition to previously announced content. The added sessions include:
- Workshops covering IDS leadership data insights and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
- Workshops covering Lightspeed accounting, service management and CRM capabilities.
The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) of U.S. and RVDA of Canada members can access the on-demand content at no charge as a member service at www.rvda.org/convention through Jan. 31. Those who attended the live event in November 2023 can use their current convention credentials to login. Those who didn’t attend can register in the convention mobile-friendly web portal.
In addition to the educational opportunities, dealers have access to vendor booths featuring videos, catalogs, brochures and new products, and promotions. There are also online networking opportunities, discussion boards and the ability to interact with other attendees virtually. Other workshops currently available on-demand include:
