Winnebago has recognized Minnesota-based RV dealer, PleasureLand RV, with its Flying W award for the 38th consecutive year. No other dealer has received as many distinctions from the company. The Flying W award annually recognizes the top motorhome and towable dealer locations based on customer satisfaction rates. PleasureLand accepted the award earlier this month at a special ceremony marking their 50th year as a Winnebago dealer.
The top-ranking 33 percent of Winnebago dealer locations earn the Flying W award. The company determines winners based on owner satisfaction surveys at delivery and after warranty repairs.
“PleasureLand RV has demonstrated time and again a deep understanding of Winnebago vehicles and the unique needs and interests of the customers who buy them,” said Winnebago Outdoors President Huw Bower. “Earning this award 38 years in a row is a testament to the passion and dedication of every employee to provide excellent service.”
Winnebago Industries President and CEO Michael Happe presented the award to PleasureLand RV CEO Dan Pearson on June 11 in a ceremony that also included the dealership’s employees and key executives from Winnebago, including Bower and Senior Vice President of Winnebago Brand RVs, Brian Hazelton.
“It is an honor to receive Winnebago’s prestigious Flying W award,” said Pearson. “Our team prides itself on knowing the products we sell inside and out, and on delivering unparalleled customer service. We’ve sold Winnebagos for 50 years, and we expect to sell them for at least 50 more.”
Winnebago products are available at PleasureLand locations in Minnesota and South Dakota, including St. Cloud, Brainerd, Ramsey and Sioux Falls.
