For those feeling battered from an economy as uneven as the Rocky Mountains, the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) announced a workshop at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo from gold partner Protective Asset Protection that will have some answers that might help level out the playing field.
“Can We Climb Higher in F&I?” will be presented at 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 13 as part of the business innovation education track. The workshop, presented by Paul Sheldon, regional vice president for Protective Asset Protection, will use enhanced training techniques, designed with today’s customer in mind, introduce new revenue opportunities, prepare finance teams with new tools, new ways to think about their profession, and do a deep dive into how to better educate customers about the value the products have to offer.
With the right equipment, focus and training, F&I can climb higher than ever before. In this workshop, Sheldon will explore how to meet these challenges head on.
Learning objectives include:
- The latest industry information to equip you to educate your customers on the benefits of your products in our current economic climate
- A strategy to tap into F&I Product revenue streams that may already exist in your dealership
- Three steps to create a dealership-wide culture of excellence that brings value to your F&I process
Sheldon works with RV, marine and powersports dealers nationwide as an income development expert. He began his career in retail sales and was recruited into the finance and insurance industry. In 1991 he started a training and consulting company, providing dealership training for F&I, sales and customer service. He became recognized as a top sales trainer with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
