Performance Management is the topic for the fifth annual Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) Leadership Conference, set for Feb. 20-21 at the Eden Resort in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This is the second course of a five-part Leadership Series, presented by The Pennsylvania College of Technology.
The conference will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 8 a.m. with breakfast followed by “Creating a Climate of Motivation and Engagement.” Lunch is at noon along with “Shaping Performance Expectations,” which runs until 4 p.m. From 5 to 6 p.m., PRVCA will host a Happy Hour for attendees to network in a casual setting.
On Wednesday, Feb. 21, attendees will enjoy a breakfast before learning about “Developing Performance Coaching Techniques” and finish the day with “Addressing Difficult Performance Situations.”
Instructor Katie Ecker will provide real-world examples and invite participants to share their experience for the benefit of the group.
“The Leadership Series is a great opportunity for all of our members to improve their managerial and leadership skills,” says Heather Leach, PRVCA executive director. “Whether it’s a small family campground or a large dealership, all leaders deal with similar issues and will benefit from these seminars.”
Registration is open for the 2024 Leadership Conference. PRVCA members can attend for free. Register here.
