Rapidious Touts Upcoming ‘Appraisal Workbench’ at RVDA Con/Expo
Rapidious, the AI-powered market intelligence platform for RV dealers, will debut its Appraisal Workbench at the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, Nov. 9–13 at Paris Las Vegas, at Booth #805.
Built into Rapidious Titan, which tracks the RV market across 2,600-plus U.S. rooftops and 300 Canadian locations, the Appraisal Workbench brings live market data to the moment a dealer acquires a used unit. It values trade-ins, auction units and dealer-to-dealer buys against how comparable used units actually sold in the dealer’s market, and how quickly. It then separates actual cash value, go-to-market price and expected profit, so buyers can see the margin before they make an offer.
The workbench also builds in each dealership’s own reconditioning and transport costs, and can model a VIN’s history even when the unit has never been in the dealer’s inventory.
“Dealers spend a lot of energy deciding how to price a unit once it’s on the lot. The bigger decision happens earlier, when you decide what to pay for it,” said Kishore Rajgopal, founder and CEO of Rapidious. “Whether you’re buying from a manufacturer, at auction or across the desk on a trade, the Appraisal Workbench tells you what that unit is really worth in your market, so you buy right and keep the margin you were counting on.”
Most appraisals still rely on book values and on online listings of units that haven’t sold, which show asking prices rather than what similar units actually sold for. Overpay at acquisition, and pricing work on the lot rarely wins that money back; the unit sells thin or sits, collecting floorplan interest, the company said.
At the convention, Rajgopal and co-founder and Senior Vice President Justin Marvin will lead the Rapidious Vendor Training Plus session, “AI Is Here – And It’s Already Changing What Dealers Stock, Price, and Sell.” The session will show how dealerships use market intelligence to see what is actually selling and how long it takes, spot overpriced units and slow movers before they drain floorplan interest, and appraise units using live sold data instead of outdated comps.
Dealers who visit Booth #805 can also get a complimentary live appraisal. They can bring a trade-in they’re weighing or an auction run list, and the Rapidious team will value those units against sold data from their own market. Meetings can be booked at rapidious.com
