Scheduled for March 5-7, 2024, the 2024 RV Industry Association (RVIA) Leadership Conference will be held in Bonita Springs, Florida, at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort.
The conference will bring together top-level management as well as next generation leaders across all segments of the RV industry, the RVIA said. The conference, designed to help nurture industry talent, will provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV industry.
Speakers will include:
- Matt Dunsmoor, Leadership Workshop Facilitator – Matt is the Octopy Founder and Chief Vision Officer and Igniter at Simon Sinek, Inc. He’s obsessed with exploring the future of work and what’s possible when organizations sit on the foundation of a strong, values-based culture. Matt’s passion sparked when he attended one of Simon’s WHY Discovery Workshops in 2015, eventually becoming a workshop facilitator and trainer himself. Now he travels the world, sharing Simon’s concepts and his own insights to help teams and leaders clarify their WHY.
- Drew Tarvin, Keynote Speaker – Drew is the CEO of Humor That Works, a leadership development company that teaches professionals how to use humor to achieve better business results. He has partnered with top organizations – including IBM, the UN, and the FBI – to solve human challenges with humor solutions. His TEDx talk on the skill of humor has been viewed more than ten million times.
- Mike Veeck, Keynote Speaker – Mike is a nationally renowned entrepreneur, college professor, marketing, promotions and advertising expert as well as an owner of several successful minor-league baseball clubs and the business consulting firm, Fun Is Good, and author of the books “Fun Is Good” and “Another Boring, Derivative, Piece of Crap Business Book,” and the subject of the Netflix documentary “The Saint of Second Chances.” He believes anything is possible and that passion drives performance.
Registration for the leadership conference is $795 and includes all sessions, speakers, meals and networking events. Spouses can be added on for a registration fee of $295, which includes all meals and networking events.
The conference room rate at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort is $399 per night (March 5-8), which includes a discounted Resort Fee of $20 per night.
The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 9, 2024.
