Registration is now open for the RV Technical Institute (RVTI)’s Level 3 chassis specialty workshop, taking place June 5-6 at the RVTI Headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana.
Attendees will receive a total of 16 hours of training throughout the two-day course. The workshop is designed to cover all the requirements to become Level 3 certified in chassis. Individuals must already have an RV Technical Institute Level 2 certification or higher to attend this event.
Subjects covered by the training include stabilizers, hydraulic leveling, motorized leveling, axles, breaks and more. The cost for the workshop is $25 and will include classes hosted by Lippert and Dexter.
The RV Technical Institute’s 2024 Level 3 training workshops focus on five specialty areas for RV technicians who are interested in further developing their knowledge of RV systems and components. The electrical course is one of these five specialties. Registration for the additional four will be available in the coming weeks and months.
After successfully completing a training, each participant will have enough hours to earn their Level 3 Specialty in that category. Those who attend all five will earn their Level 4 Master Certification.
For those unable to attend these workshops, Level 3 courses are still being offered year-round through the RV Technical Institute’s authorized supplier trainings. View those trainings on the RVTI website.
