Riverside RV owner, Keith Hershberger, has named Chris Daniels as the new president and COO for Riverside.
Daniels, a 15-year industry veteran, started with Riverside RV January 2017 after serving as general manager and product designer for Evergreen RV’s travel trailer division through the summer of 2016.
“Chris started with us as a territory sales representative in January of ’17 and has continued to impress ownership throughout his journey to being named president and COO,” said Hershberger. “We have been very pleased with his design and implementation of the Intrepid product line, which was named as one of 20 units chosen for the ‘Best in Show’ by RV PRO in their November magazine.
“We’ve also received tremendous dealer feedback for the changes to the Retro product line,” Hershberger continued. “The feedback from our dealers has been parlayed into an increase in retail sales over the past couple of months. … Since making the change, there just seems to be a buzz inside the building that has everyone very excited about the upcoming new year.”
With Daniels transitioning into the role of president and COO, Bobby Fish has filled the vacant position of VP of sales and marketing for Riverside RV. Fish, an honor graduate of Coastal Carolina University Wall School of Business, joined Riverside in February of this year.
“Bobby Fish is fantastic with product design and function, and an even better leader and sales manager,” said Daniels. “His ability to communicate with the staff inside the facility paired with his ability to earn the respect of both the dealers and our sales team is an invaluable asset to Riverside. I couldn’t be more confident to have anyone working beside me on a daily basis than I am with Bobby. The fact that Bobby has earned every stripe with the knowledge that nothing has been given to him makes all the difference to me. Bobby understands work ethic, dedication, and Riverside’s main objective, which is to take care of our dealer partners by providing whatever resources are needed in helping them sell more Retros and Intrepids.”
