Warranty administrator training, the latest addition to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s online course offerings, is designed to help fixed operations professionals increase efficiency and improve customer service. To help prepare for the training, those interested in the Warranty Administrator Online Course can access a free readiness test on the RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app.
The RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app, developed by ChannelPRO Mobile, offers users free access to the RV Learning Center’s five self-assessments or readiness tests for service management and parts personnel.
Each readiness test relates to job-specific skills identified in the RV Learning Center’s competency profiles for warranty administrators, service writers/advisors, service managers and parts managers/specialists. By identifying possible knowledge gaps, the readiness tests help individuals gauge their preparedness for both training and certification. These tests currently cost $25 each; however, as an incentive for downloading the app, the five tests are offered free to app users, up to a $125 value.
The app is available to download in the Apple and Google Play stores by searching “RVDA.” The app also contains links to the subscription website RV Fixed Operations Today, a one-stop resource for all members of the RV dealership’s service management team. A one-year subscription is $49.95.
The RV Learning Center’s Warranty Administrator Online Course offers training that covers processing RV repair orders, handling warranty claims, managing payments, maintaining customer and manufacturer/supplier relations, and checking in new units.
