As many dealers enter their winter training season, the RV Dealers Convention/Expo remains on-demand for employees to access until Jan. 31.
For those that have not registered yet, the platform provides more than 40 education workshops, nearly 20 Vendor Training +Plus sessions, discussion boards, and virtual exhibitor booths.
“Based on feedback we’ve received so far, dealers are enjoying the digital setting,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “There are several elements from this year’s event that can be repeated when we return to an in-person convention, which is scheduled for November 2021 in Las Vegas.”
Session topics cover sales, fixed operations, F&I, digital marketing, general management issues, and more.
“In these unfamiliar times the virtual convention expo provided invaluable and actionable information to plan and forecast for next year,” said Tim O’Brien, Circle K RVs, in Lapeer, Mich.
The virtual convention is presented by RVDA, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. Follow the convention on social media using #RVDAConEx.

On another expo note, RVDA recruited actor Jeff Daniels to provide some entertainment to those who signed up for the conference. Perhaps best known as the co-star of the “Dumb and Dumber” movies, Daniels proves himself to be handy with a guitar and a song lyric, as he sings a true story perfect for an RV convention. It’s a tale of a family vacation in a rented Jayco, of being asked to sign Jeff Bridges’ autograph, and of always – always – making sure to do a head count before driving away from a pit stop and getting back on to the highway.
